About three years ago people asked my to record an Album with N´goni only.
I liked the idea but didn´t have nearly enough material for it.
Then came the time where I was building new instruments that suited my style. Vice versa, my style and new playing techniques determined the design of new N´gonis mostly with 14 strings.
More and more i followed my own sound with new patterns and tunings. It took me into fascinating new realms.

Now the Material was there.

I found a studio with great conditions and lovely people. Firstly, I favored two or three songs but after the recordings were done something amazing happened. After the mastering process I could see right into the soul of each song and see each of their beautiful essence. So now I have 10 favorite songs on my 10 song Album. Almost all my very own creations.

I hope you enjoy the ride as much as I did.
